Portland Saturday Market
By courtney | March 7, 2010
The first Portland Saturday Market of the year was yesterday! And to make it even better, (Keith’s brother) Josh and Mackenzie were in town to explore the chaos with us. Here’s what we learned over the weekend:
- We’re all still obsessed with the game Pandemic… and we still keep getting our butts kicked by the game! Darn it!
- Portland is crazy beautiful in the sunshine. It (almost) makes you remember why this city is so expensive to live in.
- We spent a great deal of the open-air market sneezing from the overwhelming smell of patchouli. WHAT IS WITH THE INCENSE, PORTLAND?
- Josh and Mac are a blast. We’re scheming to get them to move here.
Now if only the sunny weather would stick around through summer…

We remember very well our trip to the market. We still have one of the photos of a very nice outhouse on a hill on one of our walls. Great times. I DO remember the incense. You had to be there…the 60s I mean, Deja vu Man!
